1/72 Hasegawa F-14A, VX-4 Evaluators

This is a Hasegawa "old tool" Tomcat, the decals are from another Hasegawa kit, while the stand is home made. It's built almost OOB, only exception being the pilots that I found in my spare box and the seats that received some additional details.

It's painted with Model Masters matt black and covered with several layers of Future (or let's say the Swedish equivalent...) that I brush painted on. It was the first time for me that I used a brush with Future, and I'm impressed and pleased with the result. I may do it again.

The stand isn't exactly as good as I wanted it to be: I couldn't find any acrylic rods so I had to solve the problem in some other way....I will one day re-do the stand in a better way, or at least this is what I say today!
